No TV for 24 hrs

Have had no tv now for 24 hrs and when go to help says problem your end. Going round in circles. In SM1 area

  • What do you see on screen when the issue occurs? 
  • Do you see any error codes? If yes, I have a link to our TV Errors & Explanations if you'd like to take a look. 
  • Does the issue affect Live TV, recordings or streaming? 
  • Do you have multiple boxes in your home? If so, does the issue affect all of them at the same time?
