No Signal TV

Virgin TV 360 won't connect to TV, tried turning everything off and on. Checked all wires and still nothing. Only had the box a couple of weeks.

Can you explain what you mean by "won't connect to TV"?

Do you have the correct HDMI input selected on your TV remote, corresponding with the HDMI port your TV360's HDMI lead is plugged int?

TV says no signal, I've tried connecting a different box through same HDMI cable and it still works so HDMI cable isn't the problem. Sometimes when reset the TV says welcome and then please wait and then crashes and says no signal.
