New virgin tv 360 box?

I upgraded three weeks ago to the new virgin 360 TV. The virgin advisor said he was ordering me the new equipment. All thats came is the new voice activated remote control, I haven't had a new box? I phoned virgin and was told they will order me a new box, since the call I've had no email, no tracking confirmation and still no box? 

How do I resolve this? Has anyone had issues getting the tv 360 box? 

Is there a UK number? Ive been 30mins getting someone each time I've called and it felt like there was a communication barrier on the call.

Has a 360 app appeared either under 'All Apps' or at the bottom of the home screen?

No new app and no option on main menu to upgrade to 360.

Hi 

I have the same issue. I got the remote but no box. 

It has only been 1 day so it may have been delayed but I dont have a tracking number from Yodel which says I should get the day before.

Yes I think they are just upgrading V6 boxes with 360 software where applicable.

I'm getting M63 errors now. Still no option to upgrade to TV 360 when hitting home button. Phoned virgin 3 times and getting nowhere. Getting a manager call back.
