I am a new customer, when I received my box it's not the Tivo software. I understand there's is an update. Can anyone point me to the instructions for the none tivo version?

You need to select TV360 from the sub-menus in each section.

Thanks for your reply, I'm still struggling as I have the v6 box and remote but the 360 software
can call VM up and ask for a new remote.

Try the TV Go app to see if that works until you get the new remote.
