New remote not fully working.

Had new remote delivered on Friday.  All fine except tge 'see all' aspect of saved programmes therefore,  cannot access more than a few.

Hi MisiesD,

Just to clarify the problem are you saying when you have highlighted the see all option pressing OK doesn't list all your recordings, if they are part of a series you then need to highlight the series and press OK.

Remove the batteries and clean the remote control terminals with a small solution of alcohol, using a cotton bud or soft cloth, then place the batteries back into the remote control. Replace with fresh batteries. NOTES: Insert a battery consistent with the + pole and - pole according to the indication.
