I opted in to the program to update my V6 box from TiVo to 360.
My new remote was due to arrive yesterday by Yodel, but never got text regarding delivery window, or the delivery(no tracking number or link). The order is still open in my virgin control panel. I understand that couriers will be very busy what with new restrictions and Christmas.
The upgrade app hasn’t appeared yet, I’m just slightly concerned that the update could occur without the new remote. Also I don’t want to go out for a walk if I know the item is going to be delivered that day
