New installation 360 box, only mini sent, wont record

Excited today to upgrade to 360 box and hub 5... opened box, 1 x hub5, 1 x 360 mini hub, 2 x remote controls...

Thought odd no 360 box...

Set up and won't record, getting error CS6031 and message we can't find your hard drive...

Called support at 1:30pm to be told everything looks OK, need to pass onto another team..got to wait for an update 

Can anyone help?

Conversion from what - TiVo or V6> check here if you're not sure 

TiVo are box-swapped to TV360, V6 are software-dropped converted.

Have you upgraded to a multiroom contract, if you have and already have a V6 box that's why you have only been sent a a mini box. You should at some point receive an upgrade option in Apps & Games to upgrade your V6 box, when you do follow the instructions you received with the mini box.

 

Many thanks - no one advised that the Tivo box gets converted to a 360. Followed everything you said and now is working!!  Yeah!!
