How do you record with the 360 mini box - when I try I get a code CS6031 and a message "If you don't have a hard disk box, certain features such as recordings aren't available. Please contact Customer Service so we can help you get the most out of your experience: (CS#).
What's the point of the new box if I can't record. I didn't ask for this but was recommended by Virgin to take as it would improve my experience at no cost.
Assuming you have a 360 main box set up and working and you have a multiroom account the mini box connects to the second coax cable and your network by ethernet cable or wifi. The mini box will record on the hard drive in the main box, best to have the main box power option set to fast start or active start.
