New Tivo360

my new Tivo360 came today i set it up and now i get settings retrieval error CS1010

i spoke to 150 on the phone and they said to wait 4 hours

i have rebooted my tivo360 any help would be nice

CS1010 is caused by the TV 360 not being active on the cable network.

I encountered this during my install.

I would phone the activation line - 0800 953 9500.

The boxes serial number came on a label, have that to hand as they may need it

As above and you will also need the Serial Number of your box as well.

Did you guys have to wait 4 hours to get activated? or did you get activated same time you called them?

I got mine activated at the same time and that was on Wednesday.
