So I have just replaced my TV which hasn't working for over a month. Up until unplugging the cables my wi fi was working fine.
However, I now have a network connection problem on my cable tv stating there is an issue because I've not use the virgin box for over 30 days (as mentioned , my old TV broke so wasn't using the service) and the arrows on the broadband box are also flashing.
Does anyone know a work around? I don't want to have to wait for an engineer and I work remotely.

Sometimes VM deactive equipment that isn't connected to the network for an extended period of time, if you have also removed the co-ax cable and/or internet connection from your TV box this may be the cause. The download symbol may mean a SW update is trying to download also.
You will need to contact VM to resolve this issue - the reactivation should be an easy fix, the SW download depends. You can either wait here (might be a day or so for a response, especially today) or call in if you want a more immediate resolution.
