New TV 360 issues

Can anyone help! 
We have ‘upgraded’ to the TV360 box and now experiencing some issues. 


The main issues are - Talking is often out of sinc with the pictures. 

We can’t get some catch up channels.

The new interface is ok but these issues are making us regret the change. If this can’t be put right we will have to think about cancelling with Virgin. 

It’s very hard at the moment to get support. Thanks

If you go to settings/audio and video/audio delay you can adjust the lip sync

Which catch up channels can’t you get?

If you go to Home>CatchUp and then select the All Channels at the top next to the search symbol you should get a drop down for all the channels.  This gives you access to Sky, All4, My5 etc.

Thanks. Not all apps are listed, like ITV hub etc

The ITV Hub app isn't on the 360 - you need to go the route in my previous post and select from the drop down:

Got that, thank you. Just trying to work out why we can't watch some programs on catch up. We wanted to watch The Sister on ITV but couldn't watch any episode.

If you have the STV player app where you are you could try that (I believe it's on all UK boxes)

All the episodes of The Sister are on it here (I'm in Scotland) but I don't know if the content is different where you are.

Did you try the app or are you still looking under catch up?  STV Player is on the Apps page (it *should* be on all UK boxes).  Or is the content not available in the App?
