I have just had a new TIVO 360 Box installed. Couldn't transfer recorded stuff or links to recordings as I had been told by Virgin - never mind. Great engineer installed the new Box but understandably didn't have time to explain everything to me. Fair enough - I will just read up in the Instruction Manual. He said there isn't one - just follow the prompts!! OK in the perfect world but I'm not in the first flush of youth and need a hard copy/pdf to explain it all to me.
Both my wife and I are really struggling with it!!
Virgin Chatline never responds and trying to talk to someone at Virgin is almost impossible.
I can't be the only person to have this problem.
Has anybody found an User Guide/Instruction Manual to Virgin's 'must have' new box?
Transferring recordings has never been allowed by the broadcasters. Virgin’s agreements are recording for time shifting purposes only. The SeriesLink problem is affecting all boxes at the moment, not just the new V360.

There is a guide for this box and you should have been given one.
I'm sorry if you were told recordings can be transferred, thats not possible, even for like to like swaps. In those cases you can transfer series links so you dont miss upcoming recordings but that is not possible for 360.
