Everything works great but can't get live Tv tried rebooting no success and it records fine any ideas please.
Is your co-ax cable connected finger-tight to your wall socket and your 360 box?
If so - do you get any error messages or codes when you select a live TV channel?
If not - was this a manned installation or self-serve QuickStart?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the TV.
I've been able to locate your account using your forums details and can see you've been able to speak to an agent and arrange an engineer visit for this.
