We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your TV channels since upgrading to the 360 service.
It's not very often but on occasions, there are failures and an engineer is required to push things through or sometime even replace your box. The teams will try to resolve remotely before resorting to this though.
How are things since you posted on Saturday?
