Hello guys.

Just got my 360 box today, at the moment I have a tivo box.

I am concerned regarding the installation of the new 360 box for the following reasons.

Do I need to connect my telephone line to the 360 box?

I don’t have a Ethernet cable downstairs does wifi work ok?

My hub is upstairs.

Is it a straight forward process?

No need for telephone line to 360 box, just the coaxial cable and it will connect via wi-if to your hub

Just a thought.
If I connect using wifi and I loose my internet connection for some reason, do I loose my TV services?

Nope, you would lose catchup and netflix, and eventually the EPG would run out of program data ie go TBA but that would take a couple of weeks without internet
