I received my new 360 TV box on Saturday and it won't record. No error message just says Full but no recordings available. Tried to get help by phone but nobody called back yet.
Try giving it a reset from within the settings menu, ideally deleting everything and hopefully should all work then.
Sadly this didn't work. The box rebooted and came up with the same 'Can't find hard drive' message - this time I took note of the error code CS6001.
Virgin are now saying they will send us a new box...
OK, glad they are going to resolve the issue.
