Attempted to install our new 360 TV box on Sunday evening and kept coming up with an error message and couldn't retrieve our TV channels so turned it off. Turned on Monday morning and was working fine. Now come home from work today, turn on and all I get is the welcome screen for a few minutes then a black screen. Have tried rebooting both the box and the Internet hub on several occasions no joy.
Beginning to wish I had just kept my old box as had no issues.
Hi, the boxes are still in Trial phase and this was mentioned upon registering, however, can you try calling the faults department via 150 from VM Landline or 0345 454 11 11 and it'll direct you to someone trained to handle it for them to investigate?
