New 360 box cannot detect hard drive

Got my set up kit on Wednesday. Broadband works fine and only got to set up the TV last night. Once it loads up there is a cs6000 error code saying that the box cannot detect a hard drive. The channel listing loads but there is no pictures or sound. I have tried all of the troubleshooting stuff but nothing works!!! Any suggestions or is it likely I'll need another box?

Hi,

Just need to clarify what kit you got set up on Wednesday, I assume it isn't a new install and it is something Virgin have sent you, so are you are upgrading from maybe a V6 and old TiVo to 360 ?

Spoke to Virgin. They should have sent a 360 box and sent a V6 instead!!!! Engineer coming out on Tuesday to sort it out
