I've just installed the new 360 box and I have an error saying I can't record because I don't have a hard drive. Customer service dept is now closed. Can anybody help?

Or this box, the first one has no hard drives, if it's that one they have sent you the wrong box

They sent the second box
Okay that's the correct one, so no idea why it can't find the hard drive, you're going to have to get in touch with virgin
I rebooted it and now I’m able to record Thank you

You need to phone VM on 150 to tell them you have been sent the wrong box. It seems 8am is the best time to call to get through quicker.
You should not have got that box on it's own as its the supporting mini box not the main box. It seems a few people are getting them in error.
