New 360 box and engineer visit

 

 

The issue I have is that we have an engineer booked to instal the 360 this Friday 29th Jan but we will be in but will be in work meetings all day, so no-one is available to greet the engineer. However, I can't reschedule as when I click the reschedule tab it simply takes me back to my account homepage. 

However, I have noted that when I track my order there is a note saying that this upgrade can be carried out remotely. 

So, do I need to reschedule? If so, how do I do it? Or is the box simply delivered and I can install it myself?

No need for anyone to worry...I called instead. Trying to reschedule online is impossible though. The app shows an error and the website just goes around I  circles.
