we have two virgin boxes and our Netflix is working on the one box but not on the 360 box. It’s not an internet connection as Amazon prime is working fine.
we go into the Netflix channel and hit the red button and nothing really happens just goes to the Netflix logo
im currently isolating with covid and could do with getting the Netflix to work
If you have 2 boxes they are both 360 boxes, 1 could be a main box and the other 1 a mini box unless you have upgraded 2 V6 boxes to 360.
You could try factory resetting the box that isn't working if it's the main box or both boxes are upgraded V6 boxes then select the Keep Recording option. If it's a mini box you won't get this option as it doesn't have a hard drive.
Choosing Keep Recordings, means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, but you will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITVX again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.
