Netflix not working

App opens fine on upgraded V6 box with Virgin TV 360 firmware, but when you start a show, screen goes blank and reboots back to the Virgin 360 home screen

Anyone else having these issues?

I have just tested on both my V6 boxes updated to TV 360 and Netflix runs fine for me

I've tried logging out, restarting the app, just crashes back to the V 360 home screen

Might be worth factory resetting your box

Yes if the factory reset doesn’t work you’ll need to call in and report the fault
