Changed to 360 a few weeks ago, but still having constant sound problems when we go to Netflix. No sound, have to switch off/on the box..and on occasion when it does work, there is no sound when we switch back to tv. What is causing this?

Is it only the Netflix app that causes this?
What about other streaming apps - YouTube, iPlayer, Prime, C5 etc?
And OnDemand programmes?

Are you still having issues with your Netflix on the TV360? Have you tried the other apps as japitts suggested? We do also have our online help troubleshooter here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/services-support/tv

It seems to be just Netflix? I've tried a few others and they are ok
Can you please try a new HDMI cable ans see if that helps
The cable was replaced..the new one that came the 360 box

Do you have the old cable still?
I think so...have a couple of older ones . Why would this matter if the normal tv is working fine?
