Today we have an issue with Netflix. When opening the app we get splash screen with 'Netflix' logo that shrinks to just the 'N' as usual but then just a spinning wheel below the 'N'. I've tried turning the box off and on again but no joy. Netflix account is OK and working on laptop / tablet etc.

Do other services that use the internet on your 360 box, work ok? Try using OnDemand to test the connection.

Think Netflix have been having issues as been down all day and a lot of reports of issues when streaming as well.

Maybe it's something to do with Virgin setting it up for free for Ultimate Volt customers.

Thanks for the follow up. I resolved the issue by doing a factory reset. All good now.
