Hi,

My question is, if it will be possible to schedule recordings on my Virgin 360 for Neighbours when it returns on Freevee (on Amazon Prime). I see Prime in the apps and can access it ok (I have Amazon Prime membership) but have not tried to regularly record in this way before. Only through Virgin channels directly in my package.

You can only record broadcast TV channels that come through the boxes TV tuners. Amazon Prime & the other apps are internet based & are accessed via your Virgin hub, do not use the tuners, so are not recordable.

Even if they could, it is likely the recording of this content is not allowed in the carriage agreements.
