My5 content not playing

When I try and watch content on My5 I just get the spinning circle and no content playing.

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing on My5 on the set top box.

Can you confirm if this is still ongoing?

If so, does this content play on other devices connected to the broadband services?

Do you experience problems with any other streaming services?

Do you mean the C5-branded app? Or Channel 5 OnDemand programmes (that have prominent my5 branding)?

If the latter, does this affect all of OnDemand? There's no reason C5 should be any different here from any other broadcaster.
