My new 360 box will not play recorded shows - just says "opps please try again" - Any ideas ??

I assume it's a 360 main box and not a mini box, how is it connected to the internet because it sounds like a possible network connection problem to Virgin's servers, do you also get a CSXXXX error code because the "oops" message sounds like something when you use the TVGO app.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV box at the moment, are you still having issues? If so are you getting any error messages as Roy247 asked?
