I upgraded to 360 beginning of Feb. I wanted and discussed 4 boxes total was told I can't have extra due to engineer required for additional boxes, I explained I have cabling for 3, from previous TiVo boxes but was told engineer still required.
I was sent hub 4 and 2x 360 boxes (great no mini) but in the last 2 weeks trying to sort out the cost actually agreed 2 plus my contract stating 3 boxes but only got 2. Finally spoke to someone helpful today that tells me you can only have Max 3 boxes total not as discussed at upgrade or the dozen calls in last 2 weeks.
Will we be getting option of more than 3 boxes to "watch Multiroom" "every screen" at later date or was I told lies again.
Why not when I originally had ultimate oomph with 2TB of storage and got upgraded to 1TB of storage and some people are now receiving 2 boxes with hard drives, surely if you have less capability you should be paying less.
If it is an option to have 3 hard drive boxes can this be done as an upgrade on current V6 boxes? Why the need for an engineer visit?
I currently have 3 x V6 boxes on ultimate oomph and am holding off upgrading to 360 as I do not want to lose the hard drives and functionality that goes with having individual Hard drives (pause live tv indefinitely etc). To be honest I would actually accept an engineer visit and pay for it when the time came to upgrade if it guaranteed I kept the 3 hard drive boxes.
