How do i order a multi room box without havign to phone anyone

Hi Nat, Unfortunately without speaking to someone you cannot do this unless you’re upgrading to the ultimate bundle via MyVM.

Unless you have a working cable outlet already in the location you want the new box, you will need to arrange a technician visit to fit one. So you have no option but to pick up the phone.
