Hi I have virgin 360 and a 360 mini in the bedroom but it's become disconnected and I can't seem to reconnect any help?
Both of your boxes will have a separate connection to your homehub, for all OnDemand & streaming. This can either be wired (Ethernet) or wireless (WiFi)
How are yours connected? And can both boxes use OnDemand or streaming services ok?
Follow Settings > Network > Diagnostics to check each box's 'net connection.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the TV boxes.
I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, I can see you were able to speak to someone on Sunday and this seems to be resolved.
