1. If you have now got the main box where the mini box was can you watch liveTV first of all.
2. How is it connected to the network, if it was previously connected by ethernet cable is it connected by ethernet cable now or by wifi, if it was ethernet cable did you go to Settings, System, Change connection type and change it to your wifi, if using wifi make sure you don't have an ethernet cable plugged in the 360.

Hi Alex1313,
Not sure if you have just disconnected the main box and put it another room for storage or tried connecting it. If you are only using one box temporarily while you are having the work done swap the main box with the hard drive into where the mini box is using the mini boxes connection's.

TV360 mini-boxes don't have hard drives - all the recording is done on the master box, and the mini-box streams all recording from it.
So is your master box powered up and connected, and in either Quick Start or Active Start?

Hi,
Are you still trying to use both boxes or just the one box while the work is going on, the main 360 box is the larger of the the 2 boxes if you have a main and mini box configuration and not updated 2 V6 boxes.
The main box doesn't need the mini to be on, but it does need a Virgin coax connection and a connection to the network, so you should be able to record. The mini box needs a coax connection for live TV and a network connection to be able to set or watch recordings on the main box with the main box set to fast start or active start.
