Hi, I only recive BT sport channels 1 to 4 and ultimate, anything from 5 upwards are missing. Plus, the ones I do receive are heavily pixellated often during the programme, same pixellation on Sky sports last weekend, have done all the reset at wall stuff, switched off 360 box too. Have done all i can except factory reset and I'm not going down that route ta. Any ideas please?

BT Sport 5 thru to 10 are only part time channels and when they are active you select them by pressing the Red Button on one of the four main BT Sports channels - I think BT Sport 2.
They are NOT in VirginMedia or Sky EPGs.
The pixelation is a fault. If you are sure all the cable are tight on all VM connections then you need to call faults.

Hi Derek918,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.
I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing pixilation on some TV channels, we will do all we can to help.
Can you please confirm that all cables leading to and from the equipment are secure and without damage?
If so, can you also please confirm if this impacts all or certain channels?
With the BT Sports channels, please refer to ozsat's message regarding accessing events via the red button.
Thank you,

Hi Natalie, the pixelation has stopped 2 days ago of its own accord, I'm wondering if it was down to thunder and lightning in the area?
I followed Ozats's advice for the sports channels and that worked, I did give kudos and a thumbs up for helpful answer, is there anything else I need to do to close the post?
Thank you, Derek.
