We have received the Virgin 360 box - which came in a really tatty box - no remote; no ethernet cable; no cable adapter .........just the box and power supply. Inside is a leaflet for 'returning your wifi booster'??? It looks like a customer return that has been sent out to us. I'm sorry for complaining non stop but, this is beyond a joke. My husband rang to report the missing remote and the customer service rep did not believe him! They are posting one out but, we have now realised that most of the wires that are supposed to come with it are also missing
