Missing Sports Channels On 360 Box

Tuning in

I am getting the following error Message

on the following channels and I cannot watch them MUTV, ViaPlay Sports 1 and 2, LFCTV

and Racing TV 

I get error Code message TU7/10346


I have Phoned up but still cannot

watch these Channels

Pretty sure those are all subscription channels separate to your main TV pack. Do you have a specific subscription to any of them?

Try channel 139, there has been warnings since Sunday when the box is first turned on about channel changes and you may need to change your series links.

Yes, I have a Subscription to them all


I know they are separate Subscriptions

We're sorry to hear these channels are not working for you currently. As mentioned by roy247, there was an update to our channels a few months ago now. 

Can you confirm what channel numbers you are trying to watch the channels on? Can you expand on the full error message you are getting too so we can help further?
