A few weeks ago an engineer came out to install a second box and upgrade our main box to the 360. On the day he couldn't get the main box to work with the new software so left us with our old one and was to get in touch to reschedule another appointment.
Long story short, this never happened so we had another box sent to us to install ourselves but this did not come with a new remote. How do we arrange for one to be sent out?
Over the last few weeks my husband and I have spent over 8 hours on the phone for help with various issues and complaints, so we really don't fancy calling up again to spend more time on hold for a missing remote.
I've tweeted virgin media and had no response, so hoping someone might be able to help me on here please?
