Hi, just opened my box to install my 360 tv box, but the power cable (3-pin plug bit which connects to the power box) is missing. Tried live chat but the bot wasn’t very helpful. Is this normal? Or just incredibly frustrating?

i received a power supply box today. Unfortunately that’s the part I already had. It’s the wall plug with 3 pins that joins into the power box. I need to get electricity out of the wall!!
