Mini guide

Mini guide does seem to be lined layed out correctly. It’s like it’s half off screen kind of king… infinity scroll.

General UI is just awful.

Re: Mini guide

Hi jack254718,

It shouldn't be displaying like that. Have you tried rebooting the 360?

Also check your Settings > Audio & Video

Under HDMI Resolution you should have the choices of Automatic, 4K, 1080p, 1080i, 720p and 576p

Make sure the 360 is displaying the correct resolution to match your TV.

Also make sure that the section 4:3 handling isn't set to Zoom mode.

Re: Mini guide

Checked all of these and made absolutely no difference. Even my other box downstairs on same account has same issue.

Re: Mini guide

When you say the mini guide what exactly do you mean, is it what you see when you press the OK button ?

Re: Mini guide

Then what you described is correct,

If I press OK now on channel 428 I see Grandpa, 428 Film4 Midnight Run, The Taking of Pelham OneTwo

With Midnight Run highlighted and you can scroll left and right and up and down, with the progress bar showing how far you are into the programme.

Re: Mini guide

No u don't seem to understand. The mini guide is showing what's on now... The ok button ... But  the box with program info is 1/4 off the screen and the left side is showing the previous program. It's like the UI has been very very badly designed. Did a child design it

I do understand what you mean, it does show the previous programme because it works in conjunction with the live EPG, it shows the progress of the programme you are watching and previous programme and next programme, it's offset to show what you are watching in full.

Even a child could work that out.
