Mini box won't record

Just got a new 360 box as the hard drive failed but since I set up the main box my 360 mini box will not record programs everything else working fine any help appreciated

Yes that's exactly what I mean been like that since I got a new main box

Hi,

I have had the same problem twice previously but have managed to resolve it.

Set a programme to record on the main box, and when it is recording, go to the mini box and edit the recording to add more extra time after.

You should now be able to set any recordings from the mini to the main box.
