Cable TV systems are headend driven & not postcode driven. You are downstream of either the Croydon or Basildon headends, hence the London channels are at the top of the EPG. All boxes connected to the same headend receive the same channels on the same numbers, hence the small overlap into a different area is stuck with regional channels in the 800 range.
The good news with V360 is that you can set favourite channels in your profile & have them in any order you like.
