Hi, i upgraded my mixit tv to maxit tv a few days ago and it was supposed to start on the 5/1/23, i contacted customer service and i was told it would be working by the end of the day, its now the 6/1/23 and nothing has changed.
How did you do the package change - was it by phone or online? Telephone based changes are usually immediate.
If it was online, have you received the email confirmation?
Did you have any other replacement equipment ordered alongside the package change?
