Maximum devices reached.

I have two V6 boxes with 360 software on and lately if I try to watch a recording that was recorded on a different box I get a message on my tv screen saying that I reached the maximum devices allowed and to stop streaming on other devices. I only have the boxes at home with the TV Go installed on my iPad which I’ve only used once.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix for it?

Does signing out of the TV GO app on the iPad fix it?
