I’ve recently upgraded my package and VM sent me a new 360 remote to pair to my existing V6 box. Trouble is, once paired, all of my recordings have disappeared. It’s the same box so they must still be there, but I can’t find them anywhere. Can anyone help?

We do provide some communication in advance to the upgrade regarding recordings as 1017-e confirmed above, here's our video on YouTube with the instructions and all relevant info about this process.
Apologies as this means the recordings you had on the TV box prior to this upgrade cannot be retrieved, we'd be happy to assist with anything else so feel free to ask if you have more questions or concerns.
