Lost TV360 remote

Hi

I have lost one of my TV360 remote controls and am having to use the TV Go App to watch programs. Is it possible to get a replacement please?

If the remote is in the house you can try this to find it, just not sure of the distance it will work.

Press and hold the channel buttons on the front of your Virgin TV 360 box for 10 seconds.

The remote will beep to let you know where it’s hiding.

If you can't find it then you will need to call Virgin or wait for a forum team member to pick this up which maybe a couple of days.

Sorry to hear you've lost the remote (that's not good at all!). Have you been able to find the remote since your post? Was it down the side of the couch?
