You lose everything when you migrate to TV 360. It’s start afresh.

Re: Losing Favourite apps

Hi @Petehart17

The current list of apps on the 360 is:-  Al Jazeera, All 4, BBC iPlayer, BBC Sounds, Britbox, CNN, Deutsche Welle, France 24, ITV Hub, My5, Netflix, Prime Video, Radio Line, STV Player, TV Channel Upgrades, VEVO, VM Store, WSJ, You Tube and You Tube Kids

If you use the same login details when signing into youtube, Prime, netfix, iplayer etc then you should be able to continue as before on the V6

Re: Losing Favourite apps

All available apps are there by default set by Virgin, you can't add or delete apps.
