I recently contacted VM, ordered 3 x 360 boxes (or whatever the technical description is) to replace my 3 x v6 boxes.
All was good, I had a date for install, happy days!
On Fri 5th Feb, a few days before install I received a message telling me the job had been cancelled and VM would be in touch to rearrange.
I’ve heard nothing since. Getting frustrated at the lack of comms. When will I hear something?
I contacted vm yesterday on webchat, I was promised a callback today. Not surprisingly that call hasn’t happened.
Perhaps they will be posting you new remotes instead considering you have the latest hardware
I thought that one v6 (main box) will stay but the additional v6 boxes will be swapped out for ‘mini boxes’?
if that’s the case re posting them out, I thought I’d have received them by now! It’s been 3 weeks.

I got sent the new remote only. I don't think engineers are doing upgrades either with covid.
I’m not really bothered by the specifics. I’m now learning that the v6 box transforms into the main 360 box and the other 2 v6 boxes are swapped out for mini boxes.

main issue I have is that I’ve been promised this and then it was cancelled and no further comms. Even if it’s not possible to provide a date, just let me know. You know, common politeness etc.
