Kit never turned up...

My bill was changed today, service now described as TV 360, several emails over the week saying my kit was arriving today.... Nothing....

Come on VM, what's going on?

- Tivo v6 (Not upgraded to 360)
- Hub 3
- M350 Fibre Broadband
- 2 x Pods, each with 2 x Ethernet Ports
- 55 - 65 devices connected at the moment.

Unfortunately once the order is placed it's out of Virgin's control, Yodel handle deliveries so if hasn't arrived then you may need to call back in & ask for a tracking number if you don't have one already so it can be tracked, also with it being this close to Christmas it may possibly be delayed due to load & restrictions across the country.

Reading the horror stories on here I think I am going to cancel - who do I need to speak to?

Depending if you're installed or not, if you're an active customer then retentions, if not then the pre install team.

Yeah, I'm an existing customer so I guess retentions is the way to go.
