Kids channels....gone???

I've woke up this morning to turn the kids telly on and all the channels we have had since Thursday have disappeared and now its saying I need to upgrade....? 
I only got the box Thursday and was told the kids channels would be included in the price...now we have about 3 or 4 channels but all the rest have gone.... I have no clue what's happened....
We don't usually have a TV package with our BB services so this is a first for us, and I've trying to get through since 8am but I've had no luck so far.

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful....

Which package are you on?

VM have just finished a promotion where kids channels were free to all customers for half term. It ended at 6am this morning.

The kids channels are normally an extra £5 a month to add as a Personal Pick unless the customer is on the Ultimate Volt package.

The channels VM have in each current tier (columns 4 and 5) are shown on the following page.

Thanks for your reply Newapollo, it turns out no-one mentioned the free kids channels for HT and when i asked about kids channels being included i was told yes, the kids channels will be added to your service....noone said anything about them only being for half term..

Since posting I managed to get through to someone over the phone and put in a complaint regarding, yet again, mis-information. 
I am only on the mixit TV which obviously is bare minimum, which is okay, but being told that you'd get the kids package included too then to have it whipped away is somewhat infuriating.

It is what it is, but this is usually why I don't have a TV package aha

Hopefully they will listen to your call and add the Kids personal pick for you at no extra cost.

Just for clarity, with you being on the Mixit TV package, you can add /Personal_Picks_November_2022.pdf  at any time and cancel them by giving 30 days notice. This won't affect your contract length and any discounts you may have. Can come in handy if you want extra channels for a short period.

The kids personal picks are £5 a month. Any other personal picks are £7 a month, however if you add any extra personal picks on top of the original one then they extra ones are £5  a month

Mixit includes the FTA kids channels, just not the chargeable ones - Boomerang, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon etc
