Just updated to 360 out picture is flickering

I have just updated to 360 but the picture is flickering. I have a V6 box I have checked cables and they are ok 

The flickering  is driving me mad - any advice!

If you've converted to TV360, your box is now a TV360 - not a V6 anymore!

Is this flickering occuring on different video sources? For example, live TV? Recorded programmes? OnDemand?

You say you have checked the cables but have you actually tried a different HDMI cable, make sure it's a high speed cable.
