Jumping / Freezing Picture

Hi, I'm new to Virginmedia. Wifi seems great, but the recordings we make on the tv seem to jump, a lot. Any idea how to fix it? Is it a faulty box? The wifi isn't dropping, so it's not the signal (I assume).

Thank you.

Hi @Northenlad

You've posted in the V6 forum but say you are new to VM.

This makes me think that you have a TV360 - this one has a remote control with a voice button. The V6 remote doesn't have the voice button.

What happens if you pause a program for a few minutes and then play it back?
