What a joke company, ment to have a third box installed and so far been cancelled 3 times stating covid, why are they taking orders if they cannot fulfill them in 1st place, and when speak to online team they don't like being proved wrong so just end the chat mid conversation, so another 1.5 hours wasted and nothing achieved.

We are currently not installing any additional services at the moment, we are limiting our home visits to new install and service faults to help keep our customers and staff members safe.
The team should have advised this when this you raised the order with us and I'm not sure why they didnt as this is very important at the moment. You should be contacted by the team and hopefully it will be soon when the restrictions are starting to be lifted.
